Located in an arts park near Antwerp, Belgium, this bizarrely designed hotel is actually a popula tourist attraction. Shaped like a human gut, the creatsion is by artist, Joep Van Lieshout and is called, "artwork to live in". Although it all looks rather odd from the outside, travellers come for the experience of it and a room at the hotel costs $154 a night and includes breakfast and entry to the sculpture park.

Maddie the Coonhound has an impressive ability to balance herself on everyday objects. Atlanta based photographer Theron Humphrey, created this photo project of her entitled "Maddie on Things", which has been such a success that it is still on-going. Together, they create interesting and unusual portraits featuring Maddie in funny scenarios.

According to Humphrey, the project began as a simple bet with a friend. "I had been photographing Maddie for a bit, just for fun, to do something different. A fried challenged me to see if Maddie could stand on four soup cans. She did it on the first try" he said.
